Help with ColorRecall
Email omuuz.com@gmail.com. Include the app version, iOS version, what you expected and what happened. Do not attach client records or photos unless they are needed and you have permission.
Where are my records stored?
Client profiles, formulas and imported photos are stored in ColorRecall’s private local app storage on your iPhone. There is no ColorRecall account or cloud sync.
How do I make a backup?
Open Settings, choose Export backup and save the ZIP through the iOS share sheet. Keep the file somewhere you control. Use Import backup to restore a valid ColorRecall ZIP.
Can I export a spreadsheet?
Yes. Settings can export formula history as CSV. A shared or saved copy follows the privacy rules of its destination.
What happens if I delete the app?
Local data can be lost if you delete the app without a usable backup. Make a ZIP backup before moving devices or removing ColorRecall.
When can I download ColorRecall?
Version 1.0 is in TestFlight and the public App Store release is in preparation. There is no public download link yet.
